Building & Grounds Maintenance - Music City Center
Onsite only.Responsibilities include routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of interior/exterior perimeter and parking garage. Additional responsibilities will include landscaping of the Music City Center. May be required to assist Engineering Technicians as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license required
- High School Diploma plus (1) one to (3) three years of experience in general mechanical maintenance and repair work, or any combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
