Payroll & Benefits Coordinator- Music City Center
Onsite only.
Under direction of the Convention Center Director of Human Resources is responsible for the daily human resources functions within the Convention Center Authority (CCA), i.e., Payroll and Benefits administration. May participate in administrative functions involving training recruitment, staffing, job postings, performance evaluations, team member file management, and other activities..
Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of administering MCC’s health and welfare employee benefits plans, and payroll administration; managing process for approval of hourly timecards and assisting with processing payroll for 100-200 team members; reconciling 401(k) contribution reports; benefits enrollment, eligibility tracking and database maintenance; coordination of benefits and payroll onboarding and orientation activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
