Description

Engineering Technician 2 - Music City Center

Under the direction of the Director of Engineering,  is responsible for event utility installations and dismantling; daily building maintenance and repair including working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, Building Automation Systems, building systems to include lighting controls and operation, blueprint interpretation, and general facility maintenance. This position will also need the ability to complete assignments that will include 3 phase applications up to 480 VAC.

Requirements:

  • Vocation or Technical School with three (3) to five (5) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • General maintenance experience with specific knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems in an industrial/commercial environment.
